Please contact us before sending anything back. We’ll review your request and guide you through the return process ,once approved you will need to arrange returns at your cost. We’re an independent, family owned business, and we truly appreciate your understanding and care throughout the return process.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a few photos.
Disclaimer: Vegetable-tanned leather is a natural product, and as such, variations in color and texture are inherent characteristics. Each piece of leather may have unique markings and may differ slightly in appearance, adding to its individual charm and character.

We proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every piece is made by hand with care and attention to detail, which is why we offer a 5 year warranty against faults in workmanship.
If your product develops a fault that is the result of our workmanship, please get in touch with us. We’ll ask for a few details and, where appropriate, photos of the item so we can understand what has happened.
If the fault is covered by our guarantee, we’ll work with you to find the best solution. This may include repairing the item or, where a repair isn’t possible, replacing it. Our guarantee covers faults caused by the way the product was made. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, alterations, or damage caused by improper care or use.
