Returns & Exchange policy

At Atelier127, every item is handmade with care using premium Italian vegetable-tanned leathers. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we aim to make the return process simple and fair.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Shipping costs for returning an item are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order:

  • Personalised or customised items (including engraved initials, custom colours, or made-to-spec orders) are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Used items or items showing signs of wear cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • We will replace the item or offer a full refund at no extra cost.
