At Atelier127, every item is handmade with care using premium Italian vegetable-tanned leathers. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we aim to make the return process simple and fair.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Shipping costs for returning an item are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made to order:
Personalised or customised items (including engraved initials, custom colours, or made-to-spec orders) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Used items or items showing signs of wear cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will replace the item or offer a full refund at no extra cost.
